This policy explains how Santorini Sky Weddings ("we", "us") handles personal information in our wedding planning forms and client portal (this website).

Information we collect

• Account details: your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Sign in with Google or Facebook: if you choose this, we receive your account identifier, email address and name from that provider. We store the identifier and email address to link the sign-in to your account. We do not receive your Google or Facebook password and we do not post anything on your behalf.
• Wedding information: the details you enter in our forms (for example names, contact details, wedding date, venue and preferences) and any documents you or our team upload for your wedding.

How we use it

We use this information only to plan and deliver your wedding services, to let you sign in, to communicate with you about your booking, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run this website and store its files (our hosting and database provider, and Microsoft SharePoint for documents), with suppliers involved in your wedding where needed to deliver the service, and with authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. See our data deletion instructions, or email us at support@santoriniskyweddings.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
